Bruce D. Raskin
is the Founding Principal and Designated Broker of Raskin Partners.
For the past twenty years he has consistently been among the top
commercial real estate agents in our community. He is recognized by
the Puget Sound Business Journal as “a winner in the real estate
game”.
As a leader of
Raskin Partners, Bruce has assembled a talented, diverse group
skilled in all areas of commercial real estate and takes pride in
the caliber of his Partners and Associates. Bruce holds a Bachelors
of Arts in Business Administration, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with
honors from the University of Washington. He has completed
additional real estate education in law, finance and development.
Bruce lives in Medina with his wife and three daughters. |

Bret Jordan joined the
company in 1999 as a Principal. Prior to that he was with
Colliers International as a Vice President where he specialized
in office properties for 10 years. He was the Rookie of the Year
for the Puget Sound Region in his first year and was one of
their Top Ten Producers for his last five years there.
Bret’s ability to implement effective strategies has resulted in
the leasing of projects such as One Twelfth @ Twelfth, Three
Bellevue Center, and Cedar Court Redmond.
Bret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from
the University of Oregon, with a post-graduate education in real
estate land use, regulatory planning, real estate finance,
development and brokerage. He has a lifetime background in
commercial office construction working in Oregon, Washington and
Alaska, and is currently a Planning Commissioner for the City of
Medina. Bret resides in Medina with his wife and two children.

James Clark is a
Principal of Raskin Partners where he specializes in real estate
investments, investment analysis and management. Jim is
also the President of Western America Equities LLC, a division
of the Partnership that specializes in TIC Property offerings.
Beginning his
career as the owner of a real estate development company, Jim has
gone on to serve as a real estate investment manager on a wide
variety of projects and properties. For many property owners, he has
provided asset management, property management, advisory and
development services in connection with office, industrial and
multi-family properties.
Jim
has worked in the Puget Sound region since 1989. He has developed and managed
numerous facilities in the region including those for Spacelabs
Medical, Digital Systems International, Sanofi Genetic Systems, IBM,
InControl, Sealed Air Corporation and Allied Signal, among numerous
other local companies. He as built many quality long-term
relationships throughout our business community over the years. Jim
lives in Issaquah with his wife and two sons. |

In
2004, Trevor Clark became a member of the Raskin Partners Team. As
Vice President, Trevor specializes in office properties. He
currently represents over 1,000,000 square feet of office space
throughout the Eastside market. Trevor also has extensive experience
with Tenant Representation and Investment Sales. He takes pride in
his consultative approach to working with clients, advanced
negotiating skills and dedication to obtaining optimal results.
Trevor is a Washington State University graduate with a degree in
Finance and is currently working on his CCIM designation. Trevor and
his wife live in Seattle. |

Lorraine Caton joined Raskin Partners in 2002 and now serves as
Operations Director and Human Resource Advisor for the company.
Lorraine brings over 20 years of prior sales, service, and
management experience to the Raskin Partners team. Her background
includes positions in business to business sales and management,
customer service, and management of the Western Division Customer
Service Center for Bunge Foods, USA. Lorraine’s previous experience
and focused training in Client Services has helped guide Raskin
Partners growth by implementing continual service improvements,
organizational processes, and human resource planning.
Lorraine is a graduate of the University of Washington with
post-graduate work in the areas of human resource planning and
development, and service related marketing. |
