Traditional commercial real estate company structures often have inherent conflicts caused by the strictly commission nature of compensation and an independent management style. To avoid these common pitfalls, we built our operations to get back to the basics of team work, honesty, accountability, and open communication. We constantly measure our own success against these standards and continually strive to improve on all aspects of our performance.

Four Basics
Our involvement in Rotary International introduced us to basic rules of conduct which we embrace and utilize daily. As we engage in our daily activities and communications, we measure the success in transacting business by evaluating the following:
1. Were we truthful?
2. Were we fair to all concerned?
3. Did we build goodwill and friendships as a result?
4. Were the results beneficial to all concerned?

Accountable Communication
We invest time, money and energy in developing and refining the communication skills of our people. Through the use of Accountable Communication Technology, under the guidance of Thomy Barton of Barton, White & Associates, we continually train and practice techniques aimed at promoting openness and reducing defensiveness in interpersonal communications. These techniques have resulted in improvements to our business relationships and methodologies.
