Accountable Communication
We invest time, money and energy in
developing and refining the communication skills of our people. Through the use
of Accountable Communication Technology, under the guidance of Thomy Barton of
Barton, White & Associates, we continually train and practice techniques
aimed at promoting openness and reducing defensiveness in interpersonal communications.
These techniques have resulted in improvements to our business relationships
and methodologies.
